Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow Panda’s journey to your door.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please reach out to us. We’ll do everything we can to assist you, but we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
