We want you and your child to love Pause with Panda. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in like-new condition (clean, undamaged, and in original packaging).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please email support@pausewithpanda.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges & Defective Items

If your Panda arrived damaged or isn't working as expected, please contact us at support@pausewithpanda.com. We'll work with you to replace it or make it right—promise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
